Scale smart materials
It would be handy to have some way to adjust the size of smart material. They sometimes have lots of layers and complicated hierarchy. And to change the overall size of the texture it takes lots of effort
And add easier rotation of them while you are at it, please!
Yes please make this a thing. I've made a bunch of smart materials and need to be able to quickly adjust the tiling on them altogether without having to go into individual layers.

A good place to put properties shared with layers is on Folders. That way, all layers in the folder will inherit the rotation, scaling, tiling, etc similar to how changing the graph settings in Substance Designer affects all nodes within it.
Since Smart Materials are stored in folders anyway, it would the most quick way to access these options as well. Definitely like this idea.
Any chance that you could update the original post that Painter should also allow rotation of smart materials? I feel it would be redundant to create a new post for it
A global multiplier for uv scale for the entire model would be great too.
This would be handy if you
1 - use 5 udims in uv layout
2 - realize that you get too low resolution texture with 5 udims
3 - change to 10 udims in uv layout
4 - realize that the scaling of the tiled textures in SP is now too small in scale
5 - change the global uv scale multiplier from 1 to 2.
6 - Horray! texture tiling is now correct, even though all uv's were rescaled in step 3
I'm most like how its work in quixel, but substance need more time for correct settings texture. i'm not sure, but substance not use size object for smart material or simple material.
And also the rotation.
