Add a search field for layers
A small field similar to the one for textures, it would help artists with finding layers by highlighting and ease work between people involved in the same project. Not to mention proper naming will make even more sense.

I agree with author. There is the same function in Photoshop and it's super useful!! For example when you make some effects for the materials (dust, rust and other) and have tons of groups for different parts of the model.
