Export layers to separate files
Layers, not just final channels
This is now doable via scripting. We will provide a sample plugin for dealing with exporting arbitrary layers.
I can´t find the plugin...

also please - each channel's complete layer set able to be stored in a seperate folder in a single psd file. this is pretty much the industry standard for convenience.
This is what I need.
Similarly, a shortcut for exporting the current visible texture set by itself... I have a model with 20 texture sets... Exporting the diffuse for just one of them (for instance) takes a lot of clicking in the export dialog
This would really save me right now on a model I am working on. My current work around is to import a model with a similar structure and hope it reprojects.

Yes, exporting .psd and the ability to refine the Layers in Photoshop would be sweet!
Same as the others, the ability to export in a format like PSD with separate layers would be preferable. Either way though, the ability to export layers separately is necessary. SBSAR with separated layers would also be very convenient.
Yeah, just going to re-iterate. PSD is the way to go. BodyPaint till this day still has the best PSD integration of any painting applications and is something I really miss.

maybe not separate files, but a one PSD
