Warp Tool ala Mari
...basically adding "Liquify" abilities to the already existing Projection Tool.
A warp tool for projection and also for the fill layer.
example : i us a fill layer to map an unwrapped face texture.
A warp tool will help to match the texture to the Uvs of the head
Actually, i'm doing this with Blender. I use Blender to bake textures from an Uv set that match the original texture to the actual Uv set
please implement this feature. Very essential for face texture projection and tweaking for eye corners, lips, ears, etc.
just right now, exactly this moment i'm writing this I need this feature :/ trying to fit an extremely annoying texture on a very specific shape mesh

I am a 3D character artist and I watched today about Realistic skin texturing (Projection) with Mari. I will never compare between the two products, but; I'm disappointed! but not about this Product, this subject about; Projection painting. I saw SP is not as good about projection painting. And I'm thinking SP have to develop projection painting soon!

Really is essential for the accurate projection of photos and pore detail height maps onto faces. I'd give it all 10 votes if it was possible. :)
allegorithmic guys can use the same idea as Mari has this tool. It is very useful, kind of warp, it would be really cool to have that in substance tools. :)

This would be really amazing addition! I still go to Mudbox to project photos on characters and creatures. It is always best to warp the photo to better match the underlying form.

This is incredibly usefull.
just like in photoshop one can edit image using wrap tool and in mari one can edit paint buffer using splines. I want similar feature in substance painter so that we can modify the stencil so that it can be projected correctly on model.
