hex color with copy/paste
Right now you have RGB and HSV values, but it would be really useful to have a corresponding box with the equivalent color value in hex like #82174D. Photoshop has this functionality, and the value of this feature is that you can copy/paste this hex number from another source like Photoshop or a palette generator like http://paletton.com/ without having to edit every RGB or HSV value. Way faster for building palettes.
This would work great with an "add to swatch"-type feature as well, but there are several suggestions here to add that already.

Becoming fed up with software developers ignoring the most basic functions and features their users have been begging to have for years.
I've started to use Substance Painter, and don't know much of it.
I am looking for this feature. It lacks it? Even Blender's texture paint mode has it!
And the ability to build your own palettes!
Imagine not having a hexcode for colors in a painting program in 2020....
Imagine not having a 'reload all texture' with an autoassign in 2020....
Imagine being dependent on a name convention and not building one that can be customly edit...
It is impossible that a software that is used to paint, by Adobe, does not have the same color logic as photoshop Adobe, and all the other software.
It is also illogical that a paint software does not have the panel inside to create simple color palettes (seen as various colors). color and palette are not only essential on painters.
1) Give RGB non decimal please
2) Give HEX and COPY/PAST it.
3) Give a simple way to create palette.
A panel like this
Unbelivable that such an essential feature is missing in a software about painting.

Any update on this? As a graphic designer, who does a lot of 3D. This is highly needed.
Absolutely need it!
Oh highly wanted feature from me! Having to copy and paste 3 seperate values kills my inner child. Hope this rather simple feature will make it into painter in the near future.

Currently you can only enter a color value in the 0-1 range. It would be handy if there is a range dropdown list which features the 0-255 range as well. So what we need is copy/paste for these formats:
Also adding the option to edit the colors in the 0-255 range would be nice.
